How I Found The Perfect Natural Deodorant – Part 2

Long story short – I absolutely love this company! I honestly can’t remember how I exactly learned about Primally Pure, but I stumbled across their name while scouring the internet for natural deodorant recommendations. It could have been from a blog, a magazine article, or an online ad that popped up based on my searches. I’m a little sad that I don’t remember how I found this gem of a brand, but thank goodness I did.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT PRIMALLY PURE DEODORANTS

Each stick I’ve used has glided perfectly onto my skin. Each of the five scents I’ve tried has meshed perfectly with my body chemistry and maintained its pleasant smell after application and throughout the day. Last but not least, I have had zero irritation!! To put it simply, my armpits are incredibly happy!

THE DEODORANTS I HAVE TRIED

Lemongrass – This is the first deodorant I purchased, and it remains my absolute favorite scent thus far. This formula is so clean, crisp, and refreshing! After the very first swipe, I was thoroughly impressed. By the end of day one, I was genuinely captivated by the rejuvenating scent and the sheer brilliance of Primally Pure.
Charcoal – This is the second deodorant I used from the line. This product contains all of the main ingredients listed above + activated charcoal. And although it contains eucalyptus and peppermint, I hardly noticed a scent which makes it a great option for anyone who does not have a sensitivity to essential oils but prefers more of an unscented product. Although it’s dark in color, it was virtually clear after application and never once stained my clothes. I think this is a great deodorant for the summer because activated charcoal has a wide variety of benefits including the ability to absorb moisture. This deodorant is also great for men. My boyfriend loves it. I’ll be sure to tell you more about that story down the road!
Geranium – I purchased this deodorant a year ago in October because Primally Pure was donating a portion of sales to charity in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. It has a floral scent and a gorgeous pink hue. Because I am not particularly fond of floral smelling beauty products, the geranium scent was a touch overwhelming for me at first, but I quickly got used to it and soon enjoyed how the natural fragrance completely masked my body odor. If you like florals, geranium is the way to go.
Tea Tree – This is the fourth scent I used from their collection. I personally love all things tea tree so greatly enjoyed this particular deodorant.
Lavender – I am currently using this soothing scent. The lavender is subtle and sweet. Like all of the others, I have zero qualms with this formula.

If I could only choose two of the deodorants from the list above, it would be my beloved Lemongrass & the dynamic Charcoal. They’re both fabulous!

THE DEODORANTS I HAVE YET TO TRY

Blue Tansy – This is one of Primally Pure’s top sellers and my next purchase.
Unscented – Perfect for anyone with a sensitivity to essential oils since this particular formula contains none.

IF THERE IS ANY DOWNSIDE TO THESE FABULOUS NATURAL DEODORANTS IT WOULD BE…

The Cost – Primally Pure deodorants are definitely on the pricier side, but for me, it’s worth every penny. I say this because of the high quality ingredients, performance of the product, stellar customer service, and the fact that these deodorants are all made in the USA. The original 1.7 oz stick costs between $14.00 – $16.00, and the new larger 2.5 oz size ranges between $20.00 – $22.00 based on the scent you choose.
The Shipping Fee – Since Primally Pure products are only available online, you will also need to pay for shipping. I personally do not enjoy shipping fees so I always try to avoid it by ordering two deodorants & a few of Primally Pure’s other amazing products at a time to hit their free shipping minimum of $75.00. Primally Pure also offers interest-free payment plans with the fintech company, Afterpay.
Grass-Fed Tallow & Organic Beeswax – I personally love these two ingredients. However, strict vegans and vegetarians may be uncomfortable with one or both of these elements.
