Unbeknownst to some, skin is the body’s largest organ. To our great fortune, our skin is something we can physically see and care for on a daily basis. - Body Moisturizer: I love citrus. I love mint, and I love coconut oil which is why I truly feel like this product was made just for me. It has a great consistency and absorbs both easily and quickly into my skin. A little also goes a long way so this moisturizer, although on the pricier side, will last quite a while. My boyfriend even loves it which makes it a terrific purchase for our household. To put it simply, this godsend of a body butter is luxurious and effective all at the same time. I cannot rave about it enough and am always impressed by the high quality ingredients, the sustainable glass bottle, and the delightful scent every time I use this body butter. BIOSSANCE: Squalane + Zinc Sheer Mineral Sunscreen
- Daytime Face Moisturizer: The signature, sugar cane squalane in this product is highly effective because this physical sunscreen also serves as a moisturizer making it a two-in-one cream perfect for daily use. It always leaves my skin feeling perfectly hydrated! I discovered Biossance a few years ago when researching which mineral sunblocks work best with dark skin. And let me tell you that the hype is real. The sunscreen starts off with more of a purple cast but completely disappears after 10-20 seconds of rubbing it in. The formulation is extremely lightweight, unscented, and wears wonderfully under my loose, mineral powder makeup. Last but not least, this broad-spectrum & reef safe SPF contains 14% zinc oxide and carries a 30 PA+++ rating. Amazing, I know! URSA MAJOR: Golden Hour Recovery Cream
- Evening Face Moisturizer: This is the best night cream I have ever used, and I am legitimately obsessed with it. The cream is a beautiful pale yellow and has such a seductive yet light aroma. It’s packed with high quality ingredients such as sunflower seed oil, sea buckthorn, calendula, neroli, sandalwood, and rose. The texture is rich and luxurious yet it absorbs quickly into my skin. Every time I use this miracle elixir, I truly feel like a million bucks since it always leaves my face feeling so nourished, hydrated, and refreshed. I wear this cream primarily in the evening and sometimes during the day when my skin needs an extra boost & I have no plans of going into the sun. A little goes a long way; so although it’s up there in price – it will last you a good while. This golden goddess of a cream is a gift from heaven and an absolute must try for anyone seeking to pamper themselves during their evening skincare routine. COCOKIND: Ceramide Recovery Balm
- Hand Moisturizer: I have been obsessed with Cocokind’s One-For-All Balm since I discovered their brand a few years ago. It’s always in my purse, and a great all around moisturizer that I primarily use on my hands and the occasional dry patch of skin or ashy elbows. They recently discontinued this all star product 😦 so I purchased their new Ceramide Recovery Balm instead. Upon first use it seemed almost identical to my favorite One-For-All balm which made me super excited! After examining the ingredients, however, I quickly learned that this newer product is obviously packed with ceramides, but other moisture locking ingredients such as squalane and oat kernel oil. The consistency is similar to petroleum jelly but a touch thicker. Overall, I’m very pleased with this Recovery Balm because it applies smoothly, hydrates well, and always leaves my hard working hands feeling thoroughly moisturized!
