I have been wanting to try this particular, activated charcoal toothpaste for quite some time and finally got around to purchasing a tube earlier this year. If you’re curious to know what I think about this best selling product from Hello, keep scrolling to find out.
My Review: The consistency of this Epic Whitening toothpaste is a touch thinner than your average paste but still fairly thick. It produces quite a lot of bubbles so if you enjoy a good lather, you’ll be pleased with this product. As far as flavor goes, this is by far the mintiest toothpaste I have ever used. And although a bit startling at first, the aggressive flavor was not a turnoff for me personally. Last but not least, I do think that the coconut oil and activated charcoal in this formula actually helped in brightening my smile just a bit!

Overall, I enjoyed using Hello’s Activated Charcoal, Epic Whitening Toothpaste. A little product goes a long way, so one tube lasted my family of two the entire summer. Since the product is pitch black, I would not recommend this toothpaste for younger kids as it does have the potential to stain clothing. It’s also worth mentioning that this product is, unfortunately, not 100% natural or naturally-derived. If you prefer a fully natural option, I recommend trying out Davids Premium Toothpaste. However, if you’re okay with a few lab-created ingredients mixed in with the natural ones, Hello’s Epic Whitening Toothpaste is worth a shot.
