Quick & Easy, Smoked Ahi Tuna Rice Bowls

I, personally, love nothing more than a recipe that requires minimal cooking and comes together in a pinch. If you feel the same, then my smoked ahi rice bowls may be the dish for you since they’re the perfect meal after a long day, on a hot day, and every day in between. To top it off, these rice bowls are incredibly tasty and work for both lunch and dinner!

  • Avocado [ 1 Medium to Large Fruit ]
  • Finishing Salt [ A Few Sprinkles ]

  • Tablespoon
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Dinner Bowls
  • Chopsticks

This recipe makes 2 servings. Simply double the ingredients to make a larger batch.

Prep your Japanese-style pickled cucumbers if you wish to add them to your rice bowl.

Add some smoked fish, pickled cucumbers, and sliced avocado on top of the rice.

Step Nine

Complete the rice bowl by sprinkling some Furikake seasoning over the top in addition to a drizzle of your favorite Asian-style hot sauce or chili oil if you’re a fan of spice.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

If you don’t like pickled cucumbers or avocado, feel free to leave them off your rice bowl.

And if you can’t find smoked ahi tuna at your local grocer, you can absolutely make this recipe using your favorite smoked salmon instead!
